1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of ylan.co.uk (the "Site") and the services provided by Dead Simple Computing Ltd trading as YLAN ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide SEO audits, content audits, search advertising management, social media management, social media advertising, website automation, and website build services as described on the Site. The free SEO scanner tool is provided as-is for informational purposes only.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of order via Stripe. Services begin once payment is confirmed. For retainer services, payment is due monthly in advance.

4. Delivery

Audit reports are delivered within the stated timeframes (typically 3-5 working days) to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times for website builds and automation projects are agreed in writing before work begins.

5. Refunds

Audit services: you may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if work has not yet commenced. Once the audit has been delivered, refunds are at our discretion. Retainer services: you may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. No refunds are given for the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The reports, audits, and deliverables we produce remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for your business purposes. The tools, methodologies, and templates used to produce the deliverables remain our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided for informational and advisory purposes. While we use reasonable skill and care, we do not guarantee specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. SEO and digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes and competitor activity.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
